In Jammu and Kashmir, three Jaish-e-Mohamad (JeM) terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in the upper reaches of Nagbaeran forests in Awantipora area of Pulwama district this morning.<br />''  <br />'' Police said, a joint team of Police, Army and CRPF launched a Cordon and Search Operation based on intelligence input about the presence of terrorists in the area.<br />''  <br />'' As the security forces approached the suspected spot, the hiding terrorists fired upon them, triggering a gunfight, which resulted in the killing of three terrorists.<br />'' <br />'' One of the terrorists neutralised in the operation has been identified as Wakeel Shah, who was responsible for the killing of Rakesh Pandita, a BJP leader and Municipal Councilor of Tral in Pulwama district on 2nd of June this year.<br />'' <br />'' The identification of the other two terrorists is being ascertained.<br />
