Security officials described Lateef Tiger's killing as a big success.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The encounter started after a joint team of Army, CRPF and J&amp;K Police launched a cordon-and-search operation in the area in wee hours on Friday.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Security sources said that Lateef Tiger was active since 2014.
