The Prime Minister has said that the attacks by militants in the Kashmir Valley yesterday was an attack on Indian democracy. Addressing an election rally in Hazaribagh in Jharkhand today, Mr Narendra Modi paid tributes to the brave soldiers who made the supreme sacrifice in protecting the country's security.

The Prime Minister urged people to shun divisive politics and chose the politics of development alone, as through it life of individual and state can improve. He said that political stability though full majority government is essential for reaping the fruits of abundant mineral resources of the state.
