In Kashmir valley, four persons died and 17 were injured in a storm. It also caused large scale damage to property in the valley on Monday night. AIR correspondent reports that Jammu and Kashmir government is assessing the losses. Efforts are also on to restore power supply. State Chief Minister has assured all help to the people affected by the storm.
