In Jammu and Kashmir, the State unit of Congress has welcomed the Centre's decision to extend an ex-gratia relief of 5.5 lakh rupees each to 5,300 families who had come from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir and initially settled outside J&K but relocated to the state later. <br />'' <br />'' JKPCC spokesperson Ravinder Sharma has, however, questioned as to why a full package, including a financial assistance of 25 lakh rupees per family, as recommended by the NC-Congress government, which was revised to 30 lakh by a Joint Parliamentary Committee, has not been sanctioned, so far, after six years of BJP rule at the Centre. <br />''  <br />
