In Jammu and Kashmir, the State Assembly today witnessed chaotic scenes when two MLA's were dragged out of the house by the legislators in the absence of Marshals. The evicted independent MLA, S.A Rashid and Abdul Haq of the PDP were protesting against the inter-district recruitment policy.<br/><br/>
