In first of its kind initiative by the Relief Organisation (M) J&K, a sports carnival titled "Waliv Gindav" (Kashmiri word—AAO Kheley-Let us Play) which is a brain child of Relief & Rehabilitation Commissioner (M) J&K, K.K. Sidha was declared open by Secretary to Government, Nazim Zai Khan, at Migrant Camp Jagti today.  <br />'' <br />'' Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Sidha said that more than 1000 migrant children/athletes (both boys and girls) are participating in 14 different games across 36 competitions. It is for the first time that para-games are also being organized in which over 86 para-athletes are participating.<br />'' <br />'' The most important feature of the carnival is that the Relief Department has constructed a special wheelchair racing track for the para-athletes at playground Jagti which is the only facility created in the Union Territory for them.<br />'' <br />'' Nazim Zai Khan complimented the initiative of the Relief Organization with an aim to Encourage, Empower and evolve the children to the best of their abilities.
