<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, with an aim to ensure focused development in tribal areas, a special grant of 98 crore rupees was provided under Integrated Village Development Plan for filling the infrastructure gap in more than 400 tribal villages. A spokesman of the J&K Govt said, the UT government has started an ambitious project of transforming 200 Schools into Smart Schools in Tribal areas to provide education on modern lines to Tribal children. He said this year's annual plan is focused on key infrastructure development in health, education, livestock improvement, youth engagement, and Skilling sectors for overall socio-economic development of tribal communities in J&K.<br />''<br />''With an aim to reform the educational ecosystem and infrastructure, 25000 college seats have been added with the start of 50 new colleges in one year in the Union Territory. Two colleges of architecture and one engineering college were established. Besides, 2500 kindergartens have been established and 2000 more are being set up. A spokesman of the Jammu and Kashmir government said that the education sector is being reformed to meet the requirements of the rapidly transforming education system and the changing market dynamics and opening up opportunities for the younger generation.</span><br />
