In Jammu and Kashmir, situation across the state, particularly in the Kashmir Valley, remained normal today, with no untoward incident reported from anywhere. <br />'' <br />'' As the administration eased restrictions in more areas of the Valley, people were seen moving in large numbers on the roads. <br />'' <br />'' AIR correspondent reports, out of 115, the restrictions have been lifted in 91 police station areas. Private transport plies in Srinagar and other areas in Valley.<br />'' <br />'' The Govt declared primary, middle and high schools open in those areas only which are restriction-free. Student attendance continues to remain thin. <br />'' <br />'' CBSE & State Board of School Education have initiated the process for conducting annual board examinations in the Valley.<br />
