<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, police today said that the preliminary investigation by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) into the Hyderpora encounter has established that two among the four slain persons were terrorists.<br />''<br />''On November 15, four persons were killed including a foreign terrorist, Bilal Bhai, and locals Aamir Margay, Mudasir Gul, and Altaf Bhat in a brief encounter with security forces in Hyderpora area of Srinagar city.<br />''<br />''Addressing a press conference, Deputy Inspector of Central Kashmir, Sujit Kumar, who is also the SIT Incharge, said that it was established that the foreign terrorists Bilal was involved in attacks on police as the eyewitnesses have recognized his body after the encounter.<br />''<br />''Flanked by Director General of Police, Dilbagh Singh and IGP Kashmir, Vijay Kumar, the DIG said that another person, Aamir Margay, had shared his photo brandishing a pistol on phone with his friend, who later turned eyewitness for the police and shared the details.<br />''<br />''Aamir had also given shelter to the terrorist in his room inside the call centre where he was working as help.<br />''<br />''He further said that the prima facia it appears that the building owner, Altaf, was used by the foreign terrorist as a human shield and was killed in crossfire while Dr. Mudasir Gul was killed by the terrorist.<br />''<br />''He said that Dr. Gul was also seen by eyewitnesses carrying the foreign terrorist in his car.<br />''<br />''Police also shared the photos, CCTV footage, and other related material with the media persons during the presser.<br />''<br />''The DIG said that the investigation, so far, isn't conclusive and further details will be shared as and when the investigation is completed.</span><br />
