In Jammu and Kashmir, an Army Jawan and a girl were injured as Pakistan forces resorted to heavy mortar shelling along the Line of Control in Poonch and Rajouri districts on Sunday.<br/><br/>Defence sources told AIR Jammu that Pakistani forces started unprovoked firing and shelling targetting some Indian positions and civilian areas in Shahpur sector this forenoon.<br/><br/>Later, the shelling by Pakistan Army was also extended to Manjakote and Naushera sector of adjoining Rajouri district.<br/><br/>Army troops guarding the borderline retaliated the firing effectvely and intermitent exchange of fire was continuing when last reports came in.
