<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Secretary of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Sheetal Nanda today flagged off the third batch of Sarpanchs from Panchayat Bhawan in Jammu on a five-day training-cum-exposure visit to Uttarakhand. AIR correspondent reports that the purpose of the visit is to expose the participants to the best practices, to interact with the beacon leaders, learn about implementation of flagship schemes in Uttarakhand.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Secretary held a brief interaction with the delegation before flagging off a batch of the visiting Sarpanchs drawn from various districts of the UT and informed that the Department of Panchayati Raj in Uttarakhand has organized the training visit very meticulously under the guidance of Director H.C. Semwal.
