Venudhar Reddy, Director General Doordarshan, Mayank Agrawal, Additional Director General of Press Information Bureau, Srinagar Rajinder Choudhry besides other senior officials attended the meeting.<br />''<br />''In the meeting, threadbare deliberations were made regarding amplification of the information and publicity campaign of the Yatra this year for the use of prospective Yatris.<br />''<br />''Mr Apurva Chandra apprised the meeting that elaborate media pre-publicity for the Yatra has already begun by the respective media units of I&amp;B Ministry like Doordarshan, All India Radio, their Regional News Units, and Regional Outreach Bureau and maintained that due coverage about the successful Yatra would be ensured during the Yatra period as well.<br />''<br />''The UT Chief Secretary Arun Kumar said that all the arrangements relating to the Yatra have almost been finalized and about six to eight lakh pilgrims are expected to arrive in J&amp;K and pay their obeisance at the holy cave shrine this year.<br />''<br />''It is worthwhile to mention that the registration process has already started. The registration process can be done at 446 branches of Yes Bank, J&amp;K Bank, and Punjab National Bank besides 100 branches of State Bank of India.<br />''<br />''Discussion on planning of publicity activities to be carried throughout the Yatra period by various media units of the Ministry of I&amp;B in collaboration with the J&amp;K Administration was also held during the meeting.<br />''<br />''Later in the day, the Secretary chaired a review meeting of All India Radio and Doordarshan Kendra in Srinagar while as Joint Secretary chaired a meeting to review the functioning of the Press Information Bureau and Regional Outreach Bureau, Jammu and Kashmir. &nbsp;</span>
