In Jammu and Kashmir, following the surge in COVID-19 cases, the government yesterday said that schools and higher educational establishments shall continue to run with limited attendance.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Guidelines for COVID-19 SOPs were issued by the Chairperson of State Executive Committee, B V R Subrahmanyam, which reiterated that wherever possible, online or distance learning shall continue to be the preferred mode of teaching and if students prefer to attend these online classes rather than physically attend the school, they may be permitted to do so.</span><br />
