<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Principal Secretary Skill Development, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon has emphasized on nurturing entrepreneurial skills in the students and impressed upon representatives of various organizations to instill confidence in the freshers by giving them a chance to prove their talents by working in their organizations.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He was speaking at an inaugural session of counseling-cum-placement drive for the pass out students of Polytechnic Colleges of Kashmir Division. The programme was organized by the directorate of Skill Development J&K and hosted by Govt Polytechnic for Women Bemina Srinagar. Thirty two organizations participated in the campus for the drive while four companies conducted interactions with online mode.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He also encouraged a group of girl entrepreneurs of Govt Polytechnic for women who are presently undergoing in-house training at Women's entrepreneurial cell of JKEDI. He also interacted with all the representatives of companies who were present in the event. One hundred twenty pass out students were placed in different companies out of 400 pass outs who participated in the event.</span><br />
