In Jammu and Kashmir, Police in Baramulla today handed over an old sculpture of Goddess Lakshmi to the Department of Archaeology.  The old sculpture of Goddess Lakshmi was found in Sheeri Baramulla a few days ago by the locals during the digging of land.  A police party of Police Component Baramulla had rushed to the spot and took possession of the sculpture.<br />'' <br />''A police statement said that today the team of Archives, Archaeology, and Museums was called for an examination of the recovered sculpture who after examining the sculpture thoroughly established that the recovered sculpture is of Goddess Lakshmi.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The sculpture was handed over to Registering Officer Antiquities, Department of Archives, Archaeology and Museums Kashmir, and his team by the Superintendent of Police Hqrs Baramulla Ms. Divya through proper handing and taking over the procedure.</span><br />
