Jammu & Kashmir police have arrested a computer engineer with links to Lashkar-e-Toiba militant outfit. He has been allegedly involved in planning and executing a car bomb explosion near Bijbhera on Srinagar-Jammu national highway. The explosion left his accomplice dead and injured 20 others in Anantnag district. Senior Superintendent of Police Anantnag R.K.Jalla said, the arrested militant has been identified as Mohammad Iqbal Bhat alias Mudasir. He said, the module was working under the command of Lateef Kachru, who is a self styled Lashkar commander in the Awantipora.
