He withdrew all his savings in the preparation of face-masks and distributed totally free of cost inviting appreciation from one and all.<br />''<br />''AIR Correspondent reports a seventy percent Divyang, Pawan Dev Singh of village Sansoo in Udhampur district of Jammu and Kashmir is preparing masks to distribute free of cost among needy people. Divyang Pension is the only source of income for this 35 year old Pawan Singh who has exhausted all his savings which he had kept in his bank account to purchase cloth for the preparations of masks.</span><br />
