In Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistani forces today resorted to firing and shelling in Bhimber Gali and Naushera sectors along the Line of Control in Rajouri district and in Ramgarh sector of Samba district along the International Border. The unprovoked firing and shelling from across the LoC and border prompted security forces to retaliate effectively. <br/><br/>Defence sources told AIR Jammu that exchanges in Bhimber Gali and Ramgarh sectors lasted for almost one hour from 10 to 11 am while in Naushera sector the exchange of fire between Indian and Pakistan forces lasted for two hours from 1230 to 2:30 pm.<br/><br/>Earlier last night also Paksitani forces resorted to shelling in Krishna Ghati sector of Poonch district along the Line of Control. There has been no report of any causality or injury to anyone from the Indian side.
