In Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan forces have again started heavy firing along the International Border in Kanachack, R.S. Pura and Pargwal sectors of Jammu.

The firing started around 9 PM last night which is still going on. Three civilians were injured in the firing in R. S. Pura sector. BSF troops have been retaliating Pak firing effectively.

Earlier yesterday Pakistani troops resorted to heavy mortar shelling and firing from across the international border and Line of Control in Jammu and Poonch sectors, triggering strong condemnation by India.

As many as five civilians were killed and nearly 30 others injured in the heavy shelling along RS Pura sector by Pak troops yesterday.
