In Jammu and Kashmir, the Minister for Consumer Affair and Public Distribution Qamar Ali Akhone visited the villages of Majadas, Budgam, Khunda, Haral and Latoo and inspected various ongoing developmental works in these villages.During his visit the Minister directed the PWD authorities to complete the under construction work of the Karkith High School by ending November and hand over the said building to the education department. The High School is being constructing at a cost of 40 lakh rupees under BRDP scheme.
