BJP National General Secretary Vijay Goel says Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah must understand that the merger of Jammu and Kashmir with India is final and a closed chapter. He said in Jammu that he should know that there is no scope for reopening it or putting the clock back. On the appointment of interlocutors, he said they have no political experience to find a political solution to the Kasmir issue.
