In Jammu and Kashmir, over 46 percent voter was recorded in the Udhampur-Doda parliamentary constituency till 1 PM today. The constituency comprises of six districts of Udhampur, Kathua, Reasi, Doda, Ramban and Kishtwar having 17 Assembly segments.

Official sources said Kathua district recorded the hightest of 52, Reasi 50 percent and Udhampur district 49 percent. Doda district recorded 37 percent, Kishtwar 46 and Ramban district 44 percent.

Over 6 lakh 52 thousand women among 14 lakh 69 thousand registered electorate are expected to exercise their right to franchise.
