<span style="color: #222222;">Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha dedicated the 31st edition of "Awaam ki Awaaz" programme to the women change-makers of the Union Territory.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Extending his heartiest greeting on the auspicious occasion of Navratri, the Lt Governor reiterated the commitment of the J&amp;K Government towards empowerment of women and gender equality. He said, Goddess Durga is a symbol of women empowerment and hoped the festival of Navratri inspire us to work for the well-being and progress of Nari Shakti, and build a gender-equal society.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In this month's programme, the Lt Governor shared the inspiring journey of women entrepreneurs and highlighted the efforts of the UT Administration to create an enabling environment for women entrepreneurship and realize their true potential.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">&nbsp;</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Lt Governor also urged the citizens of Jammu and Kashmir to buy local products and support Self-Help Groups, potters, small manufacturers and sellers during festival season.</span><br />
