<span style="color: #222222;">Jammu and Kashmir, Lieutenant Governor, Girish Chandra Murmu has extended his heartiest greetings to the people of the Union Territory on the auspicious occasion of Raksha Bandhan.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In his message of greetings, the Lt. Governor observed that Raksha Bandhan is a festival symbolic of love and respect between brothers and sisters which defines the unique feature of India's cultural ethos.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He hoped that the festival would strengthen the bonds of communal harmony, peace and amity amongst all in the society. He prayed for peace and development in J&K and well-being of its people.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Lt Governor appealed to the people of the Union Territory to follow all the SOPs issued by the Administration in view of the prevailing situation.</span><br />
