In Jammu and Kashmir, the frontier district of Kargil celebrated the Constitution Day, which was inaugurated by Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil Kacho Turab Shah at Conference Hall in Baroo.<br/><br/>The function started with the National Anthem and was followed by reading of the Preamble and Fundamental Duties aloud in which all the District Officers of Kargil took part.
