<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, the Directorate of Indian Systems of Medicine (ISM) is distributing AYUSH Medicines having immunity boosting, immuno-modulator, anti-oxidant, rejuvenator, anti-stress, metabolism regulator, anti-allergic, anti-pyretic, anti-tussive, bronchodilator,  properties to the people during the Covid-19 pandemic.<br />'' <br />'' The department has so far provided immunity booster medicines to over 9.22 lakh people that include various frontline workers, senior citizens, PRIs, police/paramilitary personnel and general masses.<br />'' <br />'' Preventive measures and Yoga therapies are also being advised by the department to the people of the Union Territory to take care of lifestyle/mental disorders so that physical and mental health is ensured during this hard time of pandemic. </span><br />
