Jammu and Kashmir is set to lead the country in a nation building as the youth from the state are performing well at national level including in the prestigious civil services examinations. Union Minister of State in PMO, Jitendra Singh was speaking at a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signing ceremony in Jammu.<br/> <br/>The MoU on 'Tele Education Networks of J&K' was signed between ISRO, the Department of Science & Technology, the Department of Higher Education and the state government.<br/> <br/>Mr Singh said that given proper channels and avenues, the youth of Jammu and Kashmir can excel in every field and lead the country on the path of development, progress, growth and success.
