The team of interlocuters appointed by the Centre on Jammu and Kashmir will be submitting its final report by the 12th of next month and it will contain recommendations with regard to the problems in the state broadly under the framework of the Indian Constitution. This was disclosed by the head of the panel, Dileep Padgaunker in a press conference in Srinagar on the conclusion of the last visit of the panel.The panel of three interlocuters was appointed by the Centre last year in the wake of summer long unrest in the valley.
