Congress today maintained that Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India and asked all political parties to exercise caution, while airing their views on the situation there. Party spokesperson Manish Tewari's comments come in the backdrop of Chief Minister Omar Abdullah's controversial comments which led to a furore in the state Assembly recently.
