A Central team headed by Cabinet Secretary Ajit Kumar Seth arrived on a day’s visit to Jammu today for high level review of security, development and employment initiatives. Soon after the arrival of the team, the Cabinet Secretary met Governor N N Vohra at Raj Bhawan and during his one hour long meeting discussed security and development related issues. Advisor to Prime Minister on Skill Development S Ramadorai also had a separate meeting with the Governor in Raj Bhawan during which skill development programmes including Udaan and Himayat and employment opportunities for the educated youth of the State were discussed.

Earlier, the Cabinet Secretary Ajit Kumar Seth called on the Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at his residence and had a one to one meet with him during which they discussed developmental issues of the State.
The Central delegation also had a high level security review meeting at State Guest House. From the State, the meeting was attended by top brass of Army, para-military forces, police, civil administration and Intelligence agencies.
