In Jammu and Kashmir following the evacuation process of J&K residents stranded in other parts of the country due to Covid-19 lockdown, the UT Government has so far evacuated about 5,32,393 residents via Lakhanpur through a fleet of buses and through Covid special trains amid strict observance of all necessary SOPs and guidelines. <br />''<br />''AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that the UT administration has received 155 special trains at Jammu and Udhampur railway stations from different states and UTs, with about 1,40,292 passengers while about 3,92,101 persons from other states and UTs including 934 from abroad have been evacuated through road via Lakhanpur till date. <br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Besides, about 6174 stranded passengers have entered the UT through Lakhanpur via road during the last 24 hours. <br />''<br />''Till today, 134 trains have reached Jammu with 1,24,596 stranded passengers while 15,696 passengers have reached Udhampur in 21 special trains belonging to different districts of the UT.
