The advertisements said that the two Articles (370 & 35 A) kept the State isolated and away from the development processes in the country besides the Special Status benefited a select few including separatists and political leaders and people working for them.<br />'' <br />''Officials said that the most important highlight of the advertisements is the assurance that nobody will be compelled to sell off their land as most people in Valley fear they would gradually be divested of their land and outsiders would be brought in to change the demography of the place.<br />''<br />''An advertisement read that there will be no change on ownership due to the removal of Article 370. The government advertisements informed that education and health sectors will witness a boom. The ads say large private investment in health and education is expected and world class health care providers would open their franchises and health centres.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">The government also assures that film shootings, adventure tourism and religious tourism will grow.
