<span style="color: #222222;">J&K Government has so far evacuated its about 2,68,205 residents who were stranded in other parts of the country due to COVID lockdown.<br />''<br />'' These people were evacuated via Lakhanpur through road and through special trains  amid strict observance of all necessary guidelines and SOPs. <br />''<br />''AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that J&K administration has received 96 special trains at Jammu and Udhampur railway stations from different states and UTs, with 81,506 passengers so far. 1,86,699 people from other states and UTs including 901 from abroad have been evacuated through Lakhanpur till date. <br />''<br />''So far, 76 trains have reached Jammu with 65,810 stranded passengers while 15,696 passengers have reached Udhampur in 21 special trains belonging to different districts of the Union Territory.</span><br />
