J&K Minister for Rural Development, Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Ali Mohammad Sagar has said that the coalition government was determined to create conducive atmosphere in the state so that people could live without any fear. Mr. Sagar said the Government has formulated a comprehensive policy to combat unemployment in a phased manner. Appealing to separatist parties to come forward and participate in the dialogue process, the Minister said the Government is making all out efforts to bring peace and normalcy in the State. <br/>
