<span style="color: #222222;">J&amp;K Governor Satya Pal Malik today chaired a high level meeting&nbsp; of senior Civil, Police, Central Armed Police, Army, and State and Central Intelligence Agencies wherein he undertook a detailed review of security management related issues at the Raj Bhavan, Jammu today.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The meeting among others was attended by Advisor to Governor; Vijay Kumar, Northern Army Commander; Lt. Gen. Ranbir Singh, J&amp;K Chief Secretary; B.V.R. Subrahmanyam, Director General of Police; Dilbagh Singh, GoCs of 16 Corps and 9 Corps.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR correspondent reports, Governor reviewed law and order situation throughout the State and stressed the need of a heightened vigil and ensuring the safety of protected persons and the security of all important establishments and installations.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The meeting discussed security arrangements made for the smooth conduct of the forthcoming elections to the Panchayats and the need of a safe environment for the elections. Governor lauded the role of civil administration and the security forces in the incident free conduct of polls to the Urban Local Bodies.</span><br />
