<span style="color: #222222;">In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, the General Administration Department (GAD) has directed all the officials to their Centralized Personnel Information System (CPIS) data. AIR correspondent reports that as per a circular issued by Commissioner Secretary Manoj Kumar Dwivedi all the Administrative Secretaries and Head of Departments have been directed to ensure d data of all the officials working in their departments by or before 30th of November.<br />''<br />''They were directed to their CPIS data as the Administration is contemplating to introduce various employee-friendly reforms for simplifying government-employee interactions, which importantly include e-filing of Property Returns and Annual Performance Reports (APRs). Accordingly, all Administrative Secretaries have been directed to share Action Taken Report (ATR) with the GAD by or before 25th of November 25.</span><br />
