Doda district administration in Jammu and Kashmir launched Online Public Grievances Redressal Monitoring System on Tuesday. AIR Jammu Correspondent reports with this facility, the people of the district can access the web portal at&nbsp;<a href="http://www.adhbutdoda.org/" target="_blank" data-saferedirecturl="https://www.google.com/url?q=http://www.adhbutdoda.org&source=gmail&ust=1684338675717000&usg=AOvVaw102fOV8i-U9wPuYCvd3LKP">www.adhbutdoda.org</a>&nbsp;and lodge their complaints in a simple and transparent manner. <br />''<br />''The grievances redressal mechanism will provide the people an efficient, effective, transparent, easy and time-bound services delivery platform and to address the issues and aspirations of the public under the ADBHUT Doda initiative. Deputy Commissioner Doda, Vishesh Mahajan informed that the grievances received online shall be forwarded to the concerned district head of that department and reviewed weekly. Complaints related to essential services shall be redressed in 24 hours by the concerned agency. The move forms the part of the ADBHUT Doda initiative, which aims at providing quality services to the public in a prompt and transparent manner. The initiative also aims to make the administration accessible to the last man in the last row.
