In Jammu and Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner Jammu, Ramesh Kumar on Saturday chaired a meeting to review the physical and financial progress made in the construction of Bunkers in border districts of Jammu Division. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the meeting was attended by Deputy Commissioners, and functionaries of executing agencies of Jammu, Samba, Kathua, Rajouri, and Poonch districts. The Div Com directed the Deputy Commissioners to take effective measures and put in extra efforts to complete all the individual and community bunkers sanctioned in their respective districts. He asked the DCs to review the status of work on pending bunkers and submit progress reports daily and directed them to complete all bunkers by the 28th of February 2024. <br />
