<span style="color: #222222;">Jammu & Kashmir DGP, Dilbag Singh has said that the er of youth joining terrorist organisations has gone down this year. Addressing a press conference in Jammu today, he said that 218 youth had joined terrorist ranks last year while this year the figure stands at 139.  <br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The DGP said that as per their record around 130 people managed to infiltrate this year, compared to last year's figure of 143. He said that the number of terrorists who have been active for a long time has gone down from 300 to 250. Mr Singh said that the fitment process for raising four border battalions (two male and two female) is under process.</span><br />
