J&K: Dept of School Education to start state of art model school in Kashmir

<span style="font-size: 13.3333px;">In Jammu and Kashmir, the Department of School Education is all set to start a state of the art model school, equipped with all the facilities as per latest global needs in the Kashmir division.</span><br />''<br />''Director School Education Kashmir, Mohammad Younis Malik said that the Government has taken up the erstwhile National School Karan Nagar in Srinagar for the purpose and the school will start functioning as a model school. He said that the school is now the property of the School Education department and the government has decided to provide free quality education to the students there.<br />''<br />''Giving the details, Mr Malik said that the model school will come up with all the modern teaching learning facilities which will be at par with any reputed private school of the country. The facilities will include teaching through smart class rooms, CT laboratory, Model Kindergarten, laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology besides language labs.<br />''<br />''The Director said that the school will enroll students from Kindergarten up to 12th class and the admission process is likely to take off in near future.<br />''<span style="color: #222222;"><br />''The Department of School Education has so far started Kindergarten in 91 schools of Kashmir division. To provide free quality education to maximum number of students, the department is going to start 200 model Kindergarten schools in all districts in near future.</span><br />
