In Jammu and Kashmir, the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare conducted a one-day farmers' awareness camp in Community Hall, Doda on Saturday.&nbsp;About 600 farmers and staff members from allied departments such as Horticulture, Floriculture, Sheep Husbandry, Apiculture and Animal Husbandry participated in the programme. Technical sessions were held for farmers where various resource persons advised them on the latest scientific agricultural practices to increase produce and double their income. Sessions on soil health management, integrated farming and formation of FPOs were held during the programme. Stalls showcasing best agricultural practices were also inspected by DC, Doda Vishesh Mahajan and Director Agriculture KK Sharma. The best stalls and products were awarded cash prizes by the department.<br />
