In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, one Head Constable of Central Reserve Police Force was martyred and a terrorist was killed in an encounter that broke out between terrorists and security forces, late last night on the outskirts of Srinagar city.<br />''<br />''According to police, the encounter took place at Malbagh locality near Hazratbal Shrine when Special Operations Group (SOG) of Jammu & Kashmir Police and 118 Battalion of CRPF, acting on an intelligence input, jointly laid a Cardon and Search Operation (CASO) in the Malbagh area.
