Congress today charged PDP and BJP coalition in Jammu and Kashmir with ignoring people's mandate by delaying the government formation. Replying to a media query in New Delhi, party spokesperson Abhishek Manu Singhvi said, the PDP and the BJP should respect the mandate and decide the next course of action soon. <br/><br/>Mr Singhvi said, delay in forming the government in the State is a matter of concern. Mr Singhvi said, the state must get the government soon without any further delay so that promises made to the people can be fulfilled.
