Jammu and Kashmir Awami National Conference is organizing a two-day roundtable conference to discuss the present political turmoil in the border state. Addressing a press conference in New Delgi today, senior Vice President of the party, Muzaffar Shah held successive governments responsible for the present mess in the Valley. He alleged that the security apparatus in the state has failed and described the present situation as a constitutional crisis.
