In the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Commissioner Secretary, Higher Education Department, Talat Parvez Rohella in his two day visit to North Kashmir visited Kupwara district and reviewed the functioning of various colleges today.<br />'' <br />''During his visit, the Commissioner Secretary inspected a newly constructed building of Government Degree College Sogam established at a cost of Rs. 13 crore. He also inspected Smart Classrooms, Computer Laboratory, Library, Botany, Physics & Geology laboratories of the college.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Talat Parvez also inspected ongoing works of Women Degree College Salkoot. The construction of the college is nearing completion. The College is currently working in a local school building with 650 girl students on roll.</span><br />
