J&K Commissioner Secretary Labour & Employment Dept inaugurates e-services facilities

<span style="color: #222222;">Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir, Commissioner Secretary Labour and Employment Department, Saurabh Bhagat today inaugurated e-services for online system for auto renewal of license, online services for submission of integrated consolidated return under different labour laws and availability of online dashboard in public domain.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">AIR Jammu Correspondent reports that there will be auto generation of licenses under Shops and Establishment act, Contract labour Act, interstate migrant workers Act and Factories act.<br />''</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Till now an employer had to furnish different annual returns under different labour acts.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">But from now onwards an employer will furnish a unified single annual return under different labour codes viz Code on Wages, Social Security Code, Industrial Relation Code and Occupational Safety, Health and Working Condition code, that too through online mode. The dashboard of e-services being provided by Labour Department was also inaugurated.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">This clearly highlights the number of registrations done along with applications pending at applicant end and department end.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The dashboard shall be updated regularly for registrations/renewals granted under Shops and Establishments Act, Contracts Labour Act, Establishment under Interstate Migrant Workman Act, Factories Act, Registration Renewal under Boiler Act etc.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">These initiatives shall usher ease of doing business and improve the BRAP score of the UT, thus attracting investment in industry.</span><br />''
