J&K Commissioner-Secretary asks Non-NAAC Accredited Colleges to explore their potential to become Centres of Excellence

<span style="color: #222222;">In Jammu and Kashmir, Commissioner-Secretary, Higher Education Department Talat Parvez Rohella has asked the management of Government Colleges to explore their potential to become Centres of Excellence of higher education. He was speaking at a meeting of Principals of 16 Non-NAAC Accredited Colleges of Jammu Division yesterday.<br />''<br />''AIR, Jammu correspondent reports that the agenda of the meeting was to orient the Principals to initiate the process of NAAC Accreditation and to focus on various parameters to achieve quality education. Mr. Rohella asked the management of Government Colleges to assess the demands and requirements of the students and rationalize their resources accordingly. He also advised us to identify unique signature features and work on them to achieve excellence in the field of education and skill development keeping the employability index of the outgoing students in mind.</span><br />
