Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has reiterated the determination of his government to protect and uphold human rights under all circumstances. Addressing a public meeting in frontier district of Kupwara he said no compromise would be made on the issue of human rights. <br/><br/>He said his government in last fifteen months has ensured action against violation of human rights and will ensure that in future also. <br/><br/>Meanwhile, army chief Gen V K Singh who is on the three day visit of the state will meet chief minister in Jammu later today. They will discuss the overall security situation in the state.
