Jammu and Kashmir Chief Secretary, B V R Subrahmanyam today asked the Deputy Commissioners to review district wise- preparations regarding the implementation of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) in the State and finalize the database of eligible beneficiary landholder farmer families in all villages. <br />'' <br />''The programme would be made effective from 1st of December, 2018 and the first instalment for the period up to 31st March 2019 would be paid in March, 2019. <br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Under PM-KISAN landholding farmer families, having cultivable land up to 2 hectares will be provided direct income support at the rate of Rs. 6,000 per year.</span><br />
